Our history
Three centuries of love for taste and tradition
Our history
Where everything started
From Fanano to Porretta, from Pietro, Pio and Maria, Ermes and Giuseppina to Valerio and Lorenzo the Centro Carni Valerio moved to Porretta in 1962 with Ermes and Giuseppina, to then continue with his son Valerio and his nephew Lorenzo.
Centro Carni Valerio prefers quality and professionalism in the production and sale of beef, sheep, goat and pork. Having the best technological innovations, in full compliance with traditional production methods. All this thanks to a meticulous and careful processing of the meats, from which numerous and delicious products are born.
The cattle destined for slaughter are raised in large pastures of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. These areas are located in the splendid valley that extends to the Corno alle Scale and Cimone mountains, and are therefore bordering on the Alto Appennino Modenese Park: this provides an excellent and fundamental contribution to the high quality of the products and, in addition to the excellent taste pleasure, guarantee the consumer the maximum value of authenticity
